Head agricultural department of the organizing bureau of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (according to other sources - secretary of the Oryol regional party committee). Lived in Orel. Arrested in 1937. Charged under Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced to VMN. Shot. Rehabilitated on January 30, 1964 “due to the absence of a crime.”
