Genus. in 1899 in Bendery, Bessarabia; Jew; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919-1937; Higher education - Military Medical Academy. Before the arrest - head. Leningrad health department. Lived in Leningrad, Volodarsky Ave., 15, apt. 48a. Arrested 05/17/1937. On November 30, 1937, the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad sentenced under Art. 58-7-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Leningrad on November 30, 1937. Rehabilitated in 1956.
