Genus. in 1895 in the Odessa region; Jew; higher education - graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Institute in Kharkov; member of the CPSU(b). Agricultural machinery plant engineer. Lived in Melitopol. Arrested in 1936. Sentenced by the Zaporozhye Regional Court to 5 years in labor camp. Imprisoned in Dalstroi. Sentenced by a troika at the UNKVD in Dalstroy on February 17, 1938 on charges of counter-revolutionary Trotskyist activity to VMN. Shot on April 15, 1938. Rehabilitated on January 23, 1958 by the Magadan Regional Court.
