Blum Vsevolod Alexandrovich
Genus. in 1896 in Feodosia, Tauride province. Higher education - Institute of Railway Engineers; hydrological engineer. Worked at the Hydrological Institute. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 05.11.1936. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on May 23, 1937 under Art. 58-8, 58-11 to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. From 05.11.1936 to 22.05.1937 he was kept in the DPZ of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region . From 05/23/1937 to 07/09/1937 he was in the Leningrad investigative prison. From 07/09/1937 to 07/23/1937 he was on the road from Leningrad to the prison in Mariinsk, Kemerovo region. He was imprisoned in Mariinsk, Kemerovo region, from July 17, 1939 in Norillag, senior foreman at the 3rd Zheldorstroy cluster. He died in Norillag on April 12, 1940 from a cerebral hemorrhage. He was buried at the Dudinskoye cemetery in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Rehabilitated 07/18/1956.
