Bobin Petr Mikhailovich

Genus. 09/03/1901 in the village. Zotinskoye, Perm province; from peasant; member of the RCP(b). Since 1920, a cadet of the military-technical school of command personnel, in 1923 he was demobilized due to illness, and entered the Petrograd Institute of Railway Engineers. Since 1925, a student at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of LPI, graduated from the LGTI Institute in 1930. Lived in Leningrad, st. Tolmacheva, 24, apt. 10. In 1930-1931 Researcher State Institute of Structures, since 1931 at the Scientific Research Institute of Hydraulic Engineering. Since 1931, assistant at the department of hydraulics at LGTI-LII. In 1933 he was expelled from the CPSU(b) for belonging to the Trotskyist-Zinoviev group. In 1934 he was arrested on charges under Art. 58-1, spent 34 days in custody and was released due to lack of proof of the charge. In 1935 he was again arrested and dismissed from the LII. At a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on February 10, 1935, he was sentenced to 4 years of exile for “assisting the counter-revolutionary Zinoviev group.” He worked as an engineer at the Kolpashevo timber industry enterprise in the Tomsk region. Arrested for the third time on March 8, 1936. Accused of k.-r. Trotskyist activity. Sentenced on September 9, 1936 to 5 years in labor camp. Kept in Ukhtpechlag. Arrested 12/24/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the Troika UNKVD for the Arkhangelsk region dated January 11, 1938 under Articles 58-10, 58-11 to VMN. Shot on 05/09/1938 in Vorkuta.
