1. Decree of the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg dated February 19, 1993 on the termination of the criminal case on charges of Borisov P.D., who was arrested on February 5, 1937. UNKVD for Leningrad Region, convicted under Article 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 4 years in prison with a subsequent loss of rights for 2 years, who died in custody on February 26, 1939. in the Sevostlag of the NKVD and about his posthumous rehabilitation. Genus. in 1898 in the village Kurasovo, Bolkhovsky district, Oryol province. He worked as a loader at the 4th base "Zagotzerno". Lived in Leningrad, Astrakhanskaya st., 22, apt. 2. Arrested 02/05/1937 UNKVD for the Leningrad Region. He was accused of “being present in 1936 and 1937 at the counter-revolutionary conversations between Y.I. Ivanov and A.M. Shervinskaya, and did not report this to the authorities.” Convicted by the verdict of the special board of the Leningrad Regional Court dated July 13, 1937. under Article 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 4 years in prison followed by loss of rights for 2 years. He served his sentence in the Sevostlag of the NKVD. Died in prison in 1939. Posthumously rehabilitated by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office in 1993.
