Budyonny Grigory Ivanovich
Born 11/15/1900 (according to the house register - 11/21/1901) in the city of Nikolaev, Kherson province. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1919. Graduated from the Leningrad Electro-Mechanical Institute in 1932. Lived in Leningrad (4 Dzerzhinsky St., Apt. 13). Senior referent of the Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), head of the transport department of the Leningrad City Council. Arrested on 09/10/1937. Accused of being a member of a terrorist and sabotage-subversive organization of the right, Art. 58-7, 8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR on 02/17/1938 to 10 years' imprisonment with deprivation of political rights for 5 years and confiscation of property. Arrested a second time on 16.12.1948 in Tula on charges of anti-Soviet activity. On 09.03.1949, the OS under the USSR MGB sentenced him to exile to a settlement. The case was closed on 05.09.1956 due to lack of evidence of a crime. Rehabilitated.
