Bul Emilia Kazimirovna
Born in 1902 in Leningrad, Latvian, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1925. Instructor of the women's department of the Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (1926-1928), deputy head of the women's department of the Vozrozhdenie factory (1929-1930), instructor of the organizational and instructional department of the Vyborg Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (1930-1932), secretary of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) collective of the Krasnaya Nit factory (1934-1936). From April 1936 - a student of the school of propagandists at the Leningrad Regional and City Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Lived in Leningrad (4 Dzerzhinsky St., Apt. 37), after the arrest of her husband on 7 December 1937 she was evicted from the apartment along with her children, mother and mother-in-law (8a Gavanskaya St.). Arrested on 18.12.1937 as a ChSIR. Sentenced by the decree of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated 28.01.1938 to 8 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned in the Temnikovsky ITL (Potma), then in Vorkutlag. Released on 18.12.1945. Worked as deputy director for administrative and economic affairs of the Vorkuta hospital (until 1956). Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 18.04.1956. Personal pensioner of republican significance. Died in 1978 in Leningrad.
