Genus. in 1895 in the town of Chernukha, Poltava province. Peasant, Ukrainian, b/p, primary education - 4th grade. Employee of the Lokhvitsky Bank. Arrested on November 27, 1932 by the RGPU authorities. Accused of belonging to a counter-revolutionary organization. Convicted by the judicial troika at the board of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR in Kharkov on April 30, 1933 under Article 54-11 for 10 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in the Svir camps of the OGPU - 2nd department, 1st camp point, Revselga station. Released after 1935 on a petition for pardon to the Chairman of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee G.I. Petrovsky. He returned to the village of Chernukhi and worked as an accountant at the collective farm “Until the Possible Life.” Arrested for the second time in 1940 by the NKVD, accused of sabotage. Convicted by the Special Troika of the NKVD to 10 years in labor camp. He died in 1942(?) in custody in Kazan.
Rehabilitated by the Poltava Regional Court on May 27, 1957.
