Genus. in 1903 in Khartsyzsk, Donetsk region. Participant of the Civil War, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1920. Worked as a miner, graduated from the Kharkov Institute of National Economy. Having received a higher education and a profession as an economist, he worked as deputy head of the reconstruction of a plant in Dneprodzerzhinsk, head of the Industrial Mechanization Research Institute in Kharkov, deputy director of a turbogenerator plant in Kharkov, in the reference department of the Council of People's Commissars of Ukraine in Kharkov, and then in Kiev (moving the capital of the Ukrainian SSR in 1935 year). He worked as chairman of the basin committee of the trade union, where he was characterized by those who worked with him as an honest, principled communist, sensitive to the needs and concerns of people.At the same time as studying and working, he was a writer and poet; his poems in Russian were published in the 30s and 40s in the Donbass, Kharkov, and Kyiv under the pseudonym Ivan Nezhin. In Kharkov, he was the chairman of a Russian literary group in Ukraine called "Forge" - a branch of the Moscow Union of Writers. Arrested on December 22, 1937. bodies of the NKVD in Kyiv. Convicted by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated August 19, 1938. under Art. 54-6, 54-8, 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the USSR to 8 years of labor camp, 06.11.1938. sent to Sevvostoklag. Died in prison on December 31, 1941. All his books were destroyed and were not preserved.
Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District on December 24, 1957.
