Born in 1894 in Balta, Kherson province (according to the house register and military archives - in the city of Golta) in the family of an agronomist. In the early 20th century the family moved to St. Petersburg. Graduated from the Military Medical Academy in 1918. Participant in the Civil War. Served in the Red Army, military doctor of an armored train. Continued service in the Red Army: head of the medical service in the Gdovsky, then Sestroretsky border detachments, in the 3rd and 22nd operational regiments of the NKVD in Leningrad. Then deputy head of the medical department of the NKVD troops in Leningrad, awarded a personalized weapon. In 1936 he was dismissed from military service due to illness. Worked as a school sanitary inspector in the Volodarsky district of the city. In 1941 he was mobilized, military doctor of the 2nd rank, head of the medical service of the 194th reserve artillery regiment in the village of Vaskelovo. Lived in Leningrad (Pravda St., 2/13, Apt. 10). Arrested no later than 22.08.1942 (discharged from the apartment as arrested by the special department of the NKVD). Sentenced by the Leningrad Air Defense Forces on 06.09.1942 under Article 58 to capital punishment, executed on 19.09.1942.
