Born in 1884 in St. Petersburg; higher education - Military Medical Academy. Participated as a doctor in World War I, the Civil War and the Soviet-Finnish War. Before his arrest, he worked as an assistant in the forensic medicine department at the 1st Leningrad Medical Institute. Arrested on 10 July 1941. Shot by Resolution of the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR dated 14 February 1942. Rehabilitated by Resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated 6 June 1958.
