Since 1915 - Bishop of Yerevan, vicar of the Georgian diocese and full-time member of the Georgian-Imeretian Synodal Office. Since 1916 - Bishop of Kustanai, vicar of the Orenburg diocese. In 1917 he was appointed Bishop of Enotaevsky. Arrested on May 25, 1919, on charges of organizing a White Guard conspiracy. Shot on June 23, 1919.
