Born 1898 in Vitebsk, Belarus; German. Worked as head of department at Kolenergo. Lived in the village. Murmashi, Kola district, Murmansk region. Arrested 09/27/1937. Sentenced on October 21, 1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Art. 58-6-9-11 Criminal Code to VMN. Shot on October 30, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on July 13, 1957.
