Genus. in 1888   Bendery, Bessarabian province; Ukrainian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1919-1937. He worked as the head of the Oktyabrskaya Railway. Lived in Leningrad, 25 Oktyabrya Ave., 85/12, apt. 16. And arrested on September 22, 1937 in the “Case of the railway branch of the Bukharin right-Trotskyist Leningrad Center.” Sentenced by the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on December 14, 1937 to VMN. Shot on December 20, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 04/06/1957.
