Born October 18, 1899 in the village of Zanemansk, Grodno district and province, into a family of farmers. Served in the army, then as a laborer. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1926. Lived in Leningrad (Maly Ave. PS, 36-38, apt. 7). From 1931 a student at LEMI. By order of the institute dated August 3, 1932, he was expelled "for failure to comply with an order". In 1936, he was expelled from the party. Before his arrest, he was a student at the Molotov Educational Combine in Leningrad. Arrested September 4, 1937, sentenced by the decree of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor dated December 15, 1937 under Articles 58-6, 11 to capital punishment. He was executed on December 20, 1937.
