Genus. in 1912 in St. Petersburg. Before his arrest, he was a technical controller at the Kirov plant. Lived at the address: Leningrad, Degtyarny lane, 1/9, apt. 40. Arrested 11/29/1935. Sentenced on April 19, 1936 under Art. 58 for 10 years ITL. Second arrest - 06/21/1951, sentenced to 5 years in prison. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in 1959.
