He worked as a radio technician at the Barnaul Radio Plant. Arrested in 1956. During the investigation, he was sent to the Tomsk branch of the clinic named after. Serbian. Convicted by the Altai Regional Court under Art. 58-10, part I, to art. to 4 years in prison without loss of rights for public protest against the policies of the CPSU. He served his sentence in a camp at the station. Chuna of Ozerlag management. During imprisonment, 1 year of imprisonment was added for outrage at the suppression of the revolution in Hungary. Released in 1961
