Worked as a loader in store No. 30. Lived in Kyiv. Arrested 04/21/1979. Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on December 21, 1979 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.
Sentenced to 7 years in prison and 5 years in exile. He served his term in Dubravlaga, exile in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. By decree of the PVS of the Ukrainian SSR dated November 30, 1988, he was pardoned.
He worked as a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
