Genus. in 1932 in Moscow; Jew; higher education, in 1957 he graduated from the radio engineering department of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, in 1962 he graduated from the evening department of the mechanics and mathematics department of Moscow University; radio technician television studio No. 1 in Aleksandrov, Vladimir region. Candidate of Technical Sciences (1967). Previously, we were convicted twice: in 1977, he was sentenced to 2 years of exile for “evading socially useful labor and living on unearned income” (in fact, for teaching Hebrew), released in 1978 and in the same year sentenced to exile for 3 year to the Magadan region “for violating passport rules”, released in 1980. Lived in the Vladimir region, Strunino. Arrested 11/06/1982. Sentenced by the Vladimir Regional Court on October 14, 1983 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in prison and 5 years in exile. He served his sentence in Vladimir prison, Perm camps (Perm-37) and Chistopol prison. Released on February 20, 1987 due to pardon. After his release, he immigrated to Israel. Rehabilitated on September 17, 1992 by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
