Genus. in 1948, Russian; secondary technical education. Mechanic. Lived in Sverdlovsk. In 1969-70, he was a member of the underground organization "Russian Workers' Party". He distributed leaflets, appeals and the party program in Sverdlovsk, which, among other things, put forward a demand to replace the existing one-party system with a multi-party one. Sentenced by the Sverdlovsk Regional Court on November 24, 1970 under Art. 70 Part 1 and Art. 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in prison. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga.
