Born in 1944 SA soldier. Convicted in 1970 in Lvov under Article 64 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“Treason to the Motherland”) for attempting to escape from the USSR to 12 years in the camps. In 1972 was kept in Mordovian camps from 1973 - early 1974. - to the institution VS-389/36. While in prison, he took part in the prisoners’ struggle for their rights: he signed letters and went on a hunger strike.
