Genus. in 1946 village Molochnoye, Vologda district, Vologda region; Russian; higher education, graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Odessa University; theoretical physicist, electrician of the Ovidiopol inter-farm enterprise. Lived in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR. Participated in the creation of a samizdat library in Odessa. Arrested 02/10/1982
Sentenced by the Odessa Regional Court on August 27, 1982 under Art. Art. 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of labor camp and 2 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, Mordovia, ZH-385/3/5. Released on February 19, 1987. according to the Decree of the PVS on pardon. Returned to Odessa. A few years after his liberation he moved to Germany.
