Genus. in 1928 in the village. Manyava, Solotvinsky district, Stanislavsky region; Ukrainian. Paramedic. Member of the UPA. Sentenced on February 14, 1956 under Art. 56 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to execution. The sentence was later commuted to 25 years in prison. Active participant in intra-prison protests. In 1975 he was kept in institution VS 389/35. He sought to leave the USSR and obtain Canadian citizenship. Died 01/08/2016.
