Definition: Radio technician, tuner. Dissident. Chairman of the Board of the Association of Free Trade Unions “Justice” (early 1990s)

Genus. in 1926 in Saratov. Jew, education environment. technical Since 1931 lived in Leningrad. He worked at the radio plant. Kozitsky was a tuner and was the deputy committee manager of the plant.
