Genus. in 1946 in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR; Jew; higher education. In 1969 he graduated from the Kiev Medical Institute; psychiatrist at the city ambulance station. Lived in Kyiv. Arrested 05/11/1972. Sentenced by the Kyiv Regional Court on October 19, 1972 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in prison and 3 years in exile. He served his term in the Perm camps, and exile in the Tyumen region.
