Genus. 01.10.1937 in Latvia. At the time of his arrest, he was a 4th year student at a pedagogical institute. Arrested on August 29, 1960 in Aluksne (Latvian SSR). The investigation took place in Riga. Convicted on November 9, 1960 by the Supreme Court of the Latvian SSR. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga (Art. Potma, Yavas; 385/3, 17, 11). Released on August 29, 1963 after serving his sentence. After his release, he worked as an electrician at the Institute of Physics (magnetic hydrodynamics group).
