Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematical Analysis, member of the Tomsk team of researchers studying the problem of the Tunguska meteorite (TME), participant of many expeditions since 1960. Was a witness in the “Tomsk case” (1982). Dismissed from work on December 3, 1982. After perestroika, he headed the regional human rights movement; for many years he headed the regional commission on the rights of the repressed and the Memorial society. Died 01/31/2005.
