Dzibalov Vyacheslav Anisimovich
Genus. in 1923 p. Chinchis (Novosibirsk region, Ordynsky district). Engineer. Lived in Leningrad, worked at the Institute of Mechanical Processing. Arrested in March 1971 for participation in an anti-Soviet organization - the group "Union of Struggle for Personal Freedom". Charges were brought under Art. Art. 70 and 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (anti-Soviet agitation, creation and participation in an anti-Soviet organization, preparation for the intentional murder of government officials). He was declared insane and placed in the Leningrad SPB, then in Alma-Ata, in 1972 he was transferred to the Kazan SPB, then to the general PB No. 5 in Leningrad. In May 1978, the commission recommended that he be discharged, but in August 1978 the court extended D.'s stay in the hospital. Disabled person of the 2nd group. In 1988 he created the Association of Social Justice, Unitarity of Peoples, Democratic Eudaimonic Munarocratism (ASSUNDEM). He died on July 21, 2006, and was buried at the Smolensk cemetery in St. Petersburg.
