Genus. in 1959 in Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region, Ukrainian, secondary education. He served in the SA in the Far Eastern Military District as a private, senior topographer. Arrested 06/11/1983 in Khabarovsk on charges of espionage for the People's Republic of China. Convicted by the military tribunal of Dalvo on April 27, 1984. according to Art. 64 "a", 255 "a", 247 "a", 218-1 part 2, 218 part 1, to 12 years in prison with the first 7 years served in prison. He was held in the Chistopol prison (06/10/1984 - 06/12/1990) and in the Penitentiary Complex VS 389/35 (07/01/1990 - 02/07/1992). Released 02/07/1992 according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 30, 1992.
