Definition: Journalist, writer, political prisoner. In the 1970s, he was an employee of the Posev magazine, a member of the NTS.

Reproduction methods:
Genus. in 1923 in Petrograd; Russian; b/p; Higher education - graduated from the Faculty of History of Leningrad State University (1963). Participant of the Great Patriotic War. First arrested by the NKGB of the Moscow Region on May 23, 1945 under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR; simulated mental illness, according to an examination at the Institute named after. Serbsky on 06/06/1945 and on 06/28/1945 was declared insane. The VT of the NKVD troops of the Moscow region was sentenced on July 20, 1945 to compulsory treatment in the mental hospital of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kazan. By the determination of the Military Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region on February 24, 1948, the compulsory treatment was lifted and he was released on March 31, 1948 under the responsibility of his father.Arrested on March 23, 1964 for criticizing Khrushchev by the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for Moscow and the Moscow region. Charged under Art. 70 part 1 and art. 72. According to the examination at the Institute named after. Serbsky was declared insane on June 3, 1964. Sentenced by the Investigative Committee in criminal cases of the Moscow City Court on July 25, 1964, sent for forced treatment to a special type mental hospital of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs in Leningrad. By decision of the Moscow City Court on August 17, 1965 he was released. Worked as a tour guide and librarian. In 1966, he established contact with the People's Labor Union (NTS) and began publishing (under pseudonyms) articles on socio-political topics in the foreign magazines Posev and Grani. Arrested on October 26, 1971 by the USSR Criminal Code for the Leningrad Region. By the determination of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court dated June 14, 1972, it was recognized at the time of the commission of crimes under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, “insane.” He was kept in the Leningrad, Dnepropetrovsk and Kazan special psychiatric hospitals. In PB them. Kashchenko (village Nikolskoye, Leningrad region). Released in April 1979 hopelessly ill. He died on October 4, 1979 in Leningrad, and was buried at the Bolsheokhtinskoye cemetery. Released from criminal liability by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office on September 8, 1992.
