Born on April 15, 1935 in Leningrad; Jew; higher education - Leningrad Technological Institute; mechanic, team leader at the All-Russian Research Institute of Synthetic Rubber. Arrested on 08/07/1965. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on 11/26/1965 under article 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a strict regime penitentiary. He served his term in Dubravlag - ZhKh-385/11, ZhKh-385/1, 385/11. Released 08/07/1968. He lived for "101 km" in the city of Luga until 1973, then returned to Leningrad. Until 1988, he worked in the "Sever" association as an engineer, head of the laboratory, since 1988 - chief designer of the medical complex. products "Optics". Since the 1990s, he has been the founder and chief designer of CJSC Plasmofilter. Author of more than 200 scientific papers and inventions. Led by B.M. Zelikson, the teams have developed and introduced into healthcare practice more than a dozen membrane products and techniques for intensive care and surgery. Died 09/03/2002 in St. Petersburg.
