Genus. in 1947 in the village of Sama, Sverdlovsk region; Russian; higher education; non-partisan; instrumentation engineer at a confectionery factory in Leningrad. Arrested on January 30, 1981 on the instructions of the KGB of Zhdanov (now the Mariupol SBU) for the production and distribution of anti-Soviet leaflets. Sentenced by the Donetsk Regional Court under Art. 62-1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (Article 70-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR) to compulsory treatment in the Dnepropetrovsk specialized hospital. Released on February 25, 1988. Rehabilitated in 1991 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk region.
