Born in 1958 in Omsk. Traveled around the country with hippies. Arrested on 26.05.1978 for copying and distributing the Declaration of Human Rights. Sentenced under Articles 70, 198, 209 of the USSR Criminal Code to 6 years of imprisonment, which he later described in "Behind the Fence Romance". Released on 26.05.1984. After 1991, he emigrated from the country. Lives in the Czech Republic.
