Born in 1938 in the Kemerovo region, Kuznetsk district, Osinovo-Plesso village; Russian; higher education, graduated from the economics department of Leningrad University; economist. From 1966 lived in Tomsk, taught political economy at the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute. Arrested on March 9, 1967. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on April 5, 1968 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, Article 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years in a correctional labor camp. Imprisoned in Dubravlag. Died on July 7, 2024 in Novokuznetsk.
