Born on July 15, 1944 in Gorky. After graduating from school in 1961, he entered Gorky University to study history. dept. history-philol. fact. For anti-Soviet agitation and dissemination of samizdat, he was expelled from the university twice (graduated in 1993, in absentia). Left for Central Asia. And it was restrained on 08/05/1969. Sentenced on April 24, 1970 under Art. 70 and 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in a strict regime labor camp. Sent to Mordovia. For the last 10 months he served time in the Ural zone. Released 08/05/1976. Lived in Barnaul. Since 1979 - priest of the Russian Orthodox Church. Died 12/05/2007. He was buried at the Chernitsky cemetery in Barnaul.
