Reliable Staro-Kerchinsky district of the Stalin region; Jew; higher education - Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, Associate Professor of the Department of the Institute of Transport, Candidate of Technical Sciences. Lived in Dnepropetrovsk. Arrested 04/27/1958 for possession and distribution of Zionist literature (Israeli newspapers). Sentenced by the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Court on 10/03/1958 under 54-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in labor camp. By the Decree of the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR dated September 25, 1959, the period was reduced to 3 years. Contained in ZhKh 385/11, Yavas, Mordovia. Released on parole on 06/03/1960. After his release, he settled in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, where he worked until his retirement in 1967. In 1971 he left for Israel.
