Genus. in 1940 in Leningrad; Russian; member of the Komsomol; worked as a turner in research institute No. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on 12/13/1957, the charges included support for the Hungarian revolution. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on 03/05/1958 under Art. 58-10 hours 1, 58-11 for 7 years of labor camp. Contained in Vorkutlag, Mordovian camps. On January 22, 1960, by order of the PVS of the RSFSR of January 20, 1960, he was released on parole with a probationary period of 2 years. After his release he returned to Leningrad. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers. Academician V. N. Obraztsov with a degree in electrical engineering. He worked in the Lenmetropolitan as an electrician, then as a chief engineer of the service, chief engineer - chief designer of the Escalator production association. In 1992, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Working Center for Economic Reforms of the Government of the Russian Federation - Head of the North-West Representative Office, in 1995 - Member of the Government of St. Petersburg, Regional Commissioner for Human Rights. Head of the North-Western District Inspectorate of the Main Control Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation in 1995-1997. Since 1997 he has been the General Director of the Pribaltiyskaya Hotel.
