Genus. in 1938 in Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Territory; Russian. Higher education, graduated from Krasnoyarsk Medical Institute in 1963. Lived in Kharkov, Ukrainian SSR. He worked as a psychiatrist at the regional psychoneurological dispensary, candidate of medical sciences. Arrested 02/13/1981. Sentenced by the Kharkov Regional Court on June 5, 1981 under Art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 218 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years of imprisonment and 5 years of exile. He served his sentence in the Perm camps and Chistopol prison. 01/30/1985 Chistopol City Court convicted under Art. 191 and 206 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR ("resistance to a representative of authority", "hooliganism") for 2 years with addition to the unserved term, a total of 5 years 3 months 13 days of a penal colony and 5 years of exile. Released in February 1987 on pardon. Forced to emigrate, deprived of Soviet citizenship.
