Genus. in 1929, radio operator of a Lithuanian fishing vessel. In November 1970, he tried to stay on board an American boat in US territorial waters. The captain of the boat handed him over to the Soviet sailors. Convicted on May 17-20, 1970. by the Supreme Court of the Lithuanian SSR in Vilnius to 10 years of forced labor in maximum security camps with confiscation of property.
