Kukobaka Mikhail Ignatievich (white: Michal Kukabaka)
Genus. 03.12.1936. in the BSSR, Mogilev region, Bobruisk; Belarusian; secondary education. Prisoner in the correctional colony UZH 15/17 in Orsha, Vitebsk region of the BSSR. In 1970 he was sent for compulsory treatment to a special psychiatric hospital, released in 1976. In 1979 he was convicted in the Mogilev region. according to Art. 190–1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“deliberately false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”) for 3 years. In custody in 1982, he was convicted by the Lipetsk Regional Court under Art. 190–1 for 3 years. Sentenced by the Vitebsk Regional Court on 03/07/1985 under Article 67 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the BSSR to 6 years of imprisonment and 4 years of exile with the addition of the unserved term, a total of 6 years 8 days of a penal colony and 4 years of exile. He served his sentence in UZH 15/6 in Orsha, Dubravlaga and Perm camps. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated November 30, 1988, he was pardoned. Released on December 2, 1988. Rehabilitated on January 23, 1991 by the Supreme Court of the BSSR.
