On December 19, 1978, charges were brought under Art. 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the Rostov Regional Court on June 4, 1979 to 3 years in a penal colony. 10/18/1979 The Supreme Court of the RSFSR reduced the term to 2 years. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on February 15, 1989.
