Genus. in 1941 in Ivanovo, unemployed, 8th grade education, bookbinder. Arrested in August 1960 in Ivanovo for an interview given to an American correspondent at the opening of a Japanese exhibition in Moscow in 1960. By ruling of the Ivanovo Regional Court on September 17, 1960. directed to compulsory treatment “indefinitely, until complete recovery.” Placed in the Leningrad Special Psychiatric Hospital. Released on September 26, 1962. according to the decision of the Ivanovo Regional Court, he was transferred to the bail of his mother and under the supervision of a mental hospital. In 1991 - Member of the board of the Ivanovo "People's Front".
