Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on September 17, 1980 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in a penal colony and 5 years in exile. He served his term in the Perm camps, establishment of the Armed Forces 389/35, 389/36, 389/37. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated February 2, 1987, he was pardoned. Released 02/05/1987. Died 1990
