Born 05/04/1931, Romania, Galati; Romanian; secondary education. Restoration artist. Organizer of the club "Under the Integral" in the Novosibirsk academic town, the art gallery of the House of Scientists at the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on July 2 (according to other sources - 5), 1969. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on September 29, 1970, ob.: Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 88, 154 part 2, 162 part 2, 174 part 2 of the Criminal Code RSFSR (currency transactions, engaging in prohibited fishing, receiving a bribe). Sentence: 8 l. Article 70 charged a letter to the Budapest Conference of Communist Parties, signed: “Party of non-party workers fighting for socialism.” He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, Perm camps (BC 389/63), and from September 1974 in Vladimir prison. After his release he left for the USA. Died on March 15, 2007 in the USA.
