Reproduction methods:
Genus. in 1918 in the village Kariv, Sokolsky district, Lviv region. Teacher, former prisoner of Stalin's camps. Lived in the Dnepropetrovsk region. On December 5, 1968, he committed self-immolation on Khreshchatyk in Kyiv. When the people who had come running began to extinguish the fire on him, he shouted: “Long live free Ukraine!” The burns he received turned out to be fatal; he died in the Oktyabrskaya Hospital in Kyiv.
