Genus. in 1954 in the Uyarsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Russian, higher education - civil engineer, b/p. He worked as a master builder in the Varensky forestry enterprise. Arrested in Varena, Lithuanian SSR on 12/04/1983. Charged under Art. 225 part 1, 227 of the Lithuanian SSR. Released on December 20, 1984. In October 1985 he was expelled by the KGB to Irkutsk. Arrested on December 20, 1989 in Irkutsk. Convicted by the Kuibyshevsky District Court on May 24, 1990 under Articles 113, 207, 211, Part 1, to 2 years of the Penitentiary Code. He was held in Irkutsk prison and in UK-272/15 in Angarsk. Released 12/20/1991 After release, he returned to Irkutsk.
