Born 07/22/1935 in Romania, Galati; Jew; higher education; teacher, worker at a silk factory. He worked as a history teacher in the city of Bendery, MSSR. Graduated from Kishinev University in absentia. Arrested on February 11, 1970 in Bendery. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the MSSR on October 30, 1970 under Art. 67 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the MSSR to 6 years in prison. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, Perm camps, and Vladimir prison. In 1975 he emigrated to Israel. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of Moldova in 1992. Died in 2004 in Israel.
