Crimean Tatar, secondary education, worked as a fireman on the collective farm named after. Suvorov, Belogorsk district. Member of OKND. Arrested on February 23, 1983. for participation in the Crimean Tatar movement. Convicted by the Belogorsk People's Court under Art. 213 and 81 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 3 years of imprisonment; after a cassation appeal, the period was reduced to 2 years of imprisonment. He was kept in penitentiary colony YaYA-310/77 in Berdyansk. Released on February 23, 1985.
