Genus. in 1927 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian, higher technical education, b/p, worked as an automation engineer for the Dnepropetrovsk Water Sewerage Department. Arrested on January 26, 1981. Sentenced 04-05.08.1981. Dnepropetrovsk Regional Court under Article 62 Part I of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (Article 70 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR) to 7 years of a penal colony and 5 years of exile. He was held in the Mordovian camp ZH-385-3/5 (1981-1987) and in the Perm camp VS-389/36 and VS-389/35, in exile - in the village. Ayan Khabarovsk Territory. Released by Decree of the PVS of the USSR on pardon dated November 30, 1988. After his release, he returned to Dnepropetrovsk, a pensioner.
